CPR First Aid Marathon Event

LMC-set up for 40 participants. We are using the large middle section and the tables and chairs that are there will work great; just need seating for 40. We will be using the overhead screen and DVD equipment. Will need a table for signing in at the front by the doors with 2 chairs.

612 and 616-We will be teaching CPR in both of these rooms and need identical set up for each room. We will need tables and chairs for 40 participants in each room plus a sign in table. We will be using the overhead screen and DVD/audio equipment; if the screens could be lowered and the DVD/audio boxes unlocked that will help with our set up. Long rectangular tables (5-6 feet long) work great with one chair on each end and 2 in the middle. We would need 10 tables set up in a horseshoe shape facing the overhead-3 tables in a row with 3 rows; one row will need to have 4 tables. We also will need a table placed near the door for the sign in sheets and 6-8 additional chairs available for nursing staff.

Cafe-will need 4 tables for class and a sign in table with 3-4 chairs each. If the cafe is set up as it is during the school week we can work with what is there. We are using the cafe for test out only and will not be teaching a class. The nurses will plan to eat lunch there as well so will need tables and chairs for 25-we can use what is set up for our test out sessions.
